1. What is SKY TTS?

SKY TTS is a free, next-generation online AI audio platform that makes it easy to create, convert, and enhance audio — all in one place. From text-to-speech, speech-to-text, voice enhancement, audio editing, and waveform generation — everything is built for creators, educators, podcasters, developers, and professionals who want fast, high-quality audio tools without complexity.

✅ Yes. All audio tools on SKY TTS — such as audio cutter, joiner, converter, enhancer, waveform generator, and more — are completely free. Only the Text-to-Speech feature comes with monthly character limits and API-call restrictions. You can view the full limits and upgrade options on our Pricing page.

Visit our Pricing page and select the plan that fits your needs. Payments are processed securely via trusted gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe). Upgrades activate immediately after successful checkout.

We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund policy on all paid plans. Contact support within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your payment provider.

7. What file types and size limits do you support?

We accept common audio formats including MP3, WAV, FLAC, OGG. Maximum upload size is typically 100 MB per file (may vary by feature). For batch jobs, total ZIP size limits apply. If you need higher limits, contact support.

8. How long does processing take?

Processing time depends on file size, selected voice, and current system load. Small text-to-speech conversions usually complete in seconds; large batch jobs or high-quality voice cloning may take minutes. We provide job status in the dashboard and via webhooks for API users.

9. Who owns the generated audio? Can I use it commercially?

All generated audio belongs to the user who created it and may be used commercially, subject to our Terms of Service. Voice cloning and transformation must comply with our ethical use policy — do not clone or impersonate a person without consent.

10. Is my data secure?

We take data security and privacy seriously. Files are stored encrypted and auto-delete after 12 hours by default. We do not sell your personal data. For details, see our Privacy Policy and security page.

SKY TTS works on modern browsers: Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari. For best results, use the latest browser version. Our tools are responsive and work on mobile, but heavy audio editing is recommended on desktop for optimal performance.
