You must be at least 13 years old to use SKY TTS. By accessing our Services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the authority to agree to these Terms.

2. Using Our Services

• You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes.
• You may not misuse our Services, interfere with system operations, or attempt unauthorized access.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts found to be violating policies, misusing features, or harming other users.

3. Your Content

When you provide text, audio, or files (“Your Content”), you retain full ownership. We do not claim ownership rights. However, you grant us limited rights to process and store Your Content as necessary to provide the Services (e.g., converting text to speech, temporary caching). Files are automatically deleted after 12 hours for privacy and security.

4. Accounts & Security

• If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
• We are not liable for damages or losses caused by account misuse resulting from your failure to safeguard credentials.

5. Payments & Refunds

Some features are available on a paid subscription basis. Payments are processed securely through trusted gateways (Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal). Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the service does not meet your expectations. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in SKY TTS software, website design, logos, branding, and content remain our exclusive property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our Services for:

• Generating harmful, misleading, or illegal content.
• Uploading viruses, malware, or harmful code.
• Reselling or redistributing our Services without authorization.
• Harassing, threatening, or violating the rights of others.

8. Termination of Services

We may suspend or permanently terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or create legal liability. You may also terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use of our Services.

9. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” While we strive for accuracy and availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly secure operation. SKY TTS is not responsible for damages resulting from service interruptions, data loss, or unauthorized access.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SKY TTS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for using the Services in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in New Delhi, India.

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of our Services after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
